In October 2025, the FDA accepted our Investigational New Drug (IND) application, clearing the way for a pivotal biocomparability study that will compare Nasdepi® to standard intramuscular epinephrine injections. This milestone marks a turning point in Nasdepi®’s development and signals progress toward making a safer, smarter epinephrine alternative accessible to millions.
Dry Powder Nasal Epinephrine Technology: A Superior Foundation
Nasdepi® is not another liquid nasal spray. It is the first dry powder nasal epinephrine product developed for emergency use. This unique platform allows for:

- Ease of Administration: Liquid nasal sprays can run out of the nose or down the back of your throat. To avoid this, a person must have their head tilted just right, which is the last thing you want to worry about in an emergency. Nasdepi® dry powder sticks to the moist nasal cavity and stays where it is needed, regardless of how your head is positioned.
- Long Shelf Life: Nasdepi® remains potent for up to 3 years, providing peace of mind and cost-effectiveness for families, schools, and healthcare systems.
- Heat Stability: Tested up to 122°F (50°C) for 12 weeks, Nasdepi® maintains over 99% potency, making it ideal for outdoor environments and global distribution.
No Preservatives. No Compromises.
Nasdepi® is preservative-free, unlike liquid nasal epinephrine formulations, which contain sodium metabisulfite, a known allergen for some individuals. While the FDA has determined that sulfite-containing medications are acceptable in emergencies, we believe patients should have an alternative that will not make a bad situation worse.
By eliminating sulfites entirely, Nasdepi® offers a safer option for those with sulfite sensitivity or asthma, without sacrificing speed or performance.
