He began his professional career in corporate and investment banking at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and Fifth Third Bank. Throughout his banking career, he built a deep foundation in capital markets, strategic advisory, and corporate finance, partnering with diverse organizations to execute complex capital raises and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Sung holds a BA in Business Economics with a minor in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
